Minimum 25 days paid leave per year, plus public holidays. Mandatory two-week shutdown in December — rest is not optional.
Coworking stipend
$200/month towards a coworking space of your choice. If you work better outside the home, we cover it.
Nubis credits
$1,000/month in Nubis platform credits. Deploy side projects, run experiments, and dogfood the platform you're building.
How we work.
Correctness above velocity
We ship carefully. Infrastructure bugs don't fail silently — they take down workloads. We review every PR with the same intensity we'd review a kernel patch. Move fast and things break; we prefer moving thoughtfully and building things that last.
Ownership without bureaucracy
Every engineer owns their domain end-to-end — from the API spec to the bare-metal driver. There are no PMs writing tickets for you. You define the problem, design the solution, build it, ship it, and operate it. This requires judgment, not just skill.
