Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nubis Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

Nubis Cloud provides cloud computing infrastructure services including compute instances, storage solutions, networking capabilities, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Paying all fees associated with your account
• Backing up your data and applications

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our services to distribute malware or spam
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our core services. Detailed SLA terms, including credits for downtime, are available in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from SLA calculations.

Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly based on usage. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nubis Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and may retrieve your data within 30 days.
