Quick Start Guide
Get started with Nubis Cloud in minutes. This guide will walk you through creating your first instance and deploying an application.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A Nubis Cloud account (sign up for the waitlist if you don't have one)
- Basic knowledge of command line interfaces
- SSH key pair for secure access
Step 1: Install the CLI
Install the Nubis CLI tool to manage your infrastructure from the command line:
curl -fsSL https://cli.usenubis.com/install.sh | shVerify the installation by running Nubis --version
Step 2: Authenticate
Log in to your Nubis Cloud account:
Nubis auth loginThis will open your browser to complete the authentication process.
Step 3: Create Your First Instance
Create a new compute instance with the following command:
nubis compute create --name my-first-instance --size small --region us-eastThis creates a small instance in the US East region. You can customize the size and region based on your needs.
Step 4: Deploy Your Application
Once your instance is running, you can deploy your application:
Nubis deploy --instance my-first-instance --source ./my-appThe CLI will automatically build and deploy your application to the instance.
